McCarthy Repeats as MidAtlantic Jr Champ

Denny McCarthy rallied on the second day to repeat as MidAtlantic Junior Champion with rounds of 73- 70 = 143 (one-under) at Lakewood CC in Rockville.
Nate finished in fourth place with a 73-76 = 149. Matt had back-to-back 77s for 154 and 13th place.
For the second tournament this season as well as the second year in a row, Sean Bosdosh finished second! He closed to within one shot on 16 with a birdie but hit his tee shot on 17 into the back bunker and made a bogey.
Denny made four birdies on the day with the most spectacular a chip in on the difficult 11th from about 80 feet. Nate birdied the 16th to get to 3 over par but a 5 on 17 and a 5 on 18 dropped him back.
